1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ZLoot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ZLoot is a digital marketplace that provides gift cards, digital codes, and gaming subscriptions. We act as an authorized reseller of digital products from various publishers and platforms including but not limited to Sony, Microsoft, Valve, Nintendo, Google, and Apple.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through ZLoot are final. Digital codes and gift cards are delivered instantly upon successful payment. We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha). All transactions are collected in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW).
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
5. Product Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically via email to the address provided during checkout. Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam folder if you do not receive your code.
6. Product Usage
Gift cards and digital codes are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective platforms. We are not responsible for any restrictions or limitations imposed by the platform or publisher, including regional restrictions, expiration dates, or usage limitations.
You agree to use purchased products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the code has been delivered and/or revealed. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for products that are proven to be invalid or defective. In such cases, we will provide a replacement code or full refund at our discretion.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack any part of the Service
- Resell products without authorization
- Use stolen or fraudulent payment methods
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Harass or harm other users or our staff
9. Intellectual Property
All content on ZLoot, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ZLoot or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZLoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
