Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All purchases on ZLoot are for digital products (eGift vouchers and codes). Once a code has been delivered to your email address, the sale is final and non-refundable. This policy exists because digital codes are immediately accessible and cannot be returned or resold once revealed.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- You received a code that has already been redeemed or is invalid.
- You were charged but never received your code (after checking spam/junk folder and your Dashboard).
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. ZLoot reserves the right to issue a replacement code or a full refund at its sole discretion.
3. Region & Compatibility Issues
Gift cards are region-locked. It is your responsibility to ensure that the region of the card matches your account before purchasing. ZLoot clearly displays region information on every product page. Refunds will not be issued for region mismatches where the correct region was displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Mobile Money Payment Issues
If you approved a Mobile Money payment prompt but did not receive your code, please contact support immediately with your order ID. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. If a payment was deducted but the order failed on our end, a full refund will be issued.

Please include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
6. eGift Voucher Terms
- eGift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
- eGift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
- eGift vouchers are valid until the claim-by-date set by the issuing brand.
- eGift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective brands.
