Where is my gift card code?
Check the email you used at checkout, including your spam folder. You can also view codes in your Dashboard.
My mobile money prompt did not arrive.
Ensure your number and operator are correct and you have sufficient funds. Wait 2 minutes, then try again or contact support.
My code is not working.
Check the region matches your account, enter the code exactly as shown, and try on the correct platform. Contact support if it still fails.
Can I get a refund?
Digital gift cards are non-refundable once delivered. If your code is faulty or you were double-charged, contact support immediately.
